What we provide

IELTS Edge provides educational study materials and tools for IELTS preparation, including free tools and a paid digital playbook and kit. The materials are for your personal study use.

No guarantee of results

Our materials are designed to help you prepare, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular band score or outcome. Your result depends on your own effort and the official examiners' judgement. See our Disclaimer for more.

Purchases and access

Paid products are one-time digital purchases that grant you lifetime access to the relevant content, including updates we make to it. Access is delivered on-screen after payment and via an access link emailed to you.

Access is for your personal, non-transferable use. Please don't share, resell or publicly post the paid materials.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Refunds — all sales are final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Our products are digital goods delivered instantly with lifetime access, and Phase 1 of the playbook is free so you can fully evaluate the approach before you buy. By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, once access has been granted, you waive any statutory cooling-off, cancellation or refund right to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are asked to confirm this no-refund policy at checkout.

If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing what you paid for, email hello@ieltsedge.co and we will restore your access — but this does not entitle you to a refund. Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Band 7 Guarantee — performance, not money-back

The Band 7 Guarantee is a performance guarantee, not a refund or money-back offer. If you complete the 14-day system and submit your practice essays, and you do not reach Band 7 in Writing on your next IELTS sitting, we will keep your full access open free of charge until you do, and provide a free review of one practice essay. To rely on the guarantee, contact us at hello@ieltsedge.co with proof that you completed the system and your official Writing result.

This guarantee sits on top of, and does not replace, our all-sales-final policy. It does not entitle you to a refund: all sales remain final and no money is returned under the guarantee. The remedy is continued free access plus a free essay review, as described above. Nothing in this guarantee removes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or tools — including not attempting to bypass the analyser's usage limits, scrape or copy the paid content, or use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Intellectual property

All content on IELTS Edge — text, structure, templates and tools — is owned by IELTS Edge or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Buying a product grants you a personal licence to use it, not ownership of the content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
